Where does the time go?

Hey there youtubers, here I am again!

I am trying to update my blog a bit more regularly. I have to admit, I tend to update my youtube channel weekly and have abandoned the blog on some occasions thinking that people are just a bit too buzy to keep up with Youtube, blogs, Instagram, Pinterest and the whole lot. At least I know I am. 

My life is stressful to say the least and its already hard to find time to scrap, let alone keep up with social media ´´duties´´, but then again, it´s fun to share and I get to meet new people constantly who share my passion. This is my driving force. 

Today I am sharing a super quick video. I have switched to filming using timelapse. It takes a lot let space on my ipad plus it allows me to film longer periods. I am quite a slow scrapbooker because I enjoy the process of creating so much. It also avoids me having to do a lot of video editing which is time consuming. Time time time.. where does the time go? 

This is a simple layout, a bit of layering, a bit of mixed media using the fabuluos Shimmerz products I got in my Colour Add on from December Hipkits. 

Hola amig@s que tal? Aquí estoy ya de vuelta.
Voy a intentar actualizar mi blog de forma más regular. Tengo la tendencia de subir videos en YouTube cada semana pero el blog lo tengo un poco abandonado a veces. Duda que la gente pueda seguir tantas cosas en las redes sociales! Por lo menos a mí me falta tiempo siempre! 

Mi vida es un estrés continuo y ya es difícil encontrar ratos para el scrap, aunque tengo que decir que da gusto compartir a través de un blog mi pasión y también siempre es una oportunidad para compartir ideas y conocer a gente nueva. 

En este layout utilice los Shimmerz que recibí en mi pedido de Hipkits de Diciembre. Vino incluido en el Colour Add on kit que compre a parte y son maravillosos. Son como Los Heidi Swapp pero menos aguados y vienen en botecitos pequeños. Aquí en España todavía no les he visto a la venta en ningún lado y por esto los pedí con el colour kit porque tenía ganas de probarlos! 

El video es súper corto, estoy proband  o un nuevo sistema de grabación que me permite grabar por mas tiempo y ma ahorra espacio en la memoria de mi ipad y también el tener que editar mucho los videos. Suelo escrapear de forma bastante lenta.

Reto Enero 2016 Kimidori

Hola que tal?! Hoy os traigo un post dominguero participando en el reto del mes de Kimidori. Esta vez llego por los pelos! 

 Este mes pedían hacer un proyecto y hacer tu propio titulo y que mejor manera para estrenar mi Silhouette! Tengo que decir que los primeros cortes fueron desastrosos pero estoy segura que poco a poco le iré cogiendo el truco! 

Al final salí con esta pagina dedicada a mi querido padre a quien quiero infinitamente y hecho de menos todos los días por estar tan lejos! Hice el titulo con la silhouette y decore las letras utilizando papeles de la colección de Pink Paislee - Cedar Lane que quizás ha sido mi colección favorita del 2015! 

Compre varios papeles, el pack de papeles de 15 x 15 y también algunos adornos de la misma tienda de Kimidori que como siempre tiene lo mas nuevo y lo mejor! En el video podéis ver todo el proceso!

What's cooking??

Hello dear bloggers..

I am terribly sorry for my absence. These have been truly busy days. The start of a new school/work year is always full of commitments and I have not been able to keep up with my social media network. That does not mean I have been away from my desk. I have managed to squeeze some divine scrapping time in between all my duties as mum, wife and teacher and am happy to share with you today my entry for the HIPKIT Club DT Call 2015. 

I decided to try and pursue this dream again. HIPKIT is just DIVINE and I feel it has helped me evolve in my style challenging me to use products I wouldn't have considered buying. They are looking for DTs and here is my contribution. We had to present three works, one of them specifically for the DT. I made the three of them for the occasion and I am happy to share them with you. 

Laura's photo shoot came in super handy as I had amazing pics to work with! 

So what's left to say? Just wish me luck!!! :) 

Another fun double process layout!

Hey there dear Bloggers! I'm already back! Yes!! This feels like a Scrapbooking indigestion but I'm truly loving it! Nothing like a Scrapbooking overdose to fill my holiday period! 

I'm back today with another double process video where I finished scrapping the last pictures I had printed with my canon selphy. This weekend I had to sit down and sort

through my pictures and print another bunch! Yeah!! In these layouts I had a lot of fun using the HipKit Club stuff we got in May and June.

 I am so looking forward to start receiving my kits again in October. I took a little break from the club as I said coz the kits were piling up on me and May was just so busy this year. Now I'm happy to be able to look forward to new goodies in October when fall comes in. I've been looking at what the big companies have to offer as regards new collections and I have to admit I have fallen in love with quite a few things so far!

Summer Project 2015 More layouts!

Hey there friends, 

I'm so excited to able able to share with you my Summer a Project Book Process so far and

today I have another couple of layouts to show you. I filmed the process of the first one and am posting pics of the second one as well.

In these layouts I told the story about celebrating end of school year, the accomplishment of having been working in my school for ten years now and that's as long as I've been on Spain as well so far. I also talk about he a,axing work colleagues I have and the fact that it is thanks to them that work life becomes so much better. I just feel so blessed to be surrounded by wonderful people.

First two layouts for Summer Project 2015

Hey there!!! Hurray for holidays! I'm on the blog today to update you on my Summer Album 2015 progress.

I am sorry for the haphazard look to this post. I'm posting from my iPad and it goes bonkers every time when I try to edit and publish posts! 

So far I've done a couple of layouts but I've got loaaaads more to do! So.. Won't be chit chatting so much! I'll leave you with the pictures and I also managed to film a video process for the first layouts! Hope you enjoy it!

I started with a family picture as it was definitely the most appropriate introduction to a fun family Summer!

What came next is a picture of my daughter all ready for her

end of the year Ballet festival. 

I mainly used HipKit club

stuff to do this, May kit if I'm not mistaken. We had these gorgeous summery die cuts and papers from Citrus Twist which were just perfect for this layout!
